With a total project value of AED 1 billion, it’s designed for those seeking luxury, convenience, and an elevated lifestyle.
At Expo City Dubai (the legacy of Expo 2020), I led the activation of the pavilions and commercial buildings surrounding the Wasl Dome, focusing on attracting clean‑energy, AI, and smart‑infrastructure companies. I worked with major global players including Siemens Energy and Siemens Industrial, ENGIE, DP World, Terminus Group, Gratiya Consultancy, Nestlé, and DNV, helping to establish a dynamic, innovation-driven ecosystem. This initiative combined sustainability, digital transformation, and forward-thinking business strategies to shape Expo City Dubai into a vibrant hub for long-term growth and technological advancement.
Olivo Park Residence, a 10-storey residential building (B+G+2P+10) located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), District 10. With direct access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, it ensures seamless connectivity to the rest of Dubai.
The apartments are equipped with smart home technology and high-quality appliances from top Italian and German brands. Nestled in a prime area of JVC, District 10 is known for its well-planned layout, green spaces, and proximity to schools, parks, and essential services, making it a convenient and desirable place to call home.
At Al Marjan Island, a 4.5 million sqm waterfront destination in Ras Al Khaimah, designed across four coral-shaped islands with luxury resorts, pristine beaches, and prime freehold developments, I was responsible for representing the project at international hotel conferences and building strategic connections with hotel developers, operators, and residential developers. My role focused on creating partnerships and fostering collaborations to attract global investors and brands, supporting the island’s growth as a premier leisure, lifestyle, and real estate destination with strong investment potential.
At Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi’s premier leisure and sports destination developed by Modon, I was responsible for designing and curating the mix of experiences across the site, including Miravista, 123 Sports, the cycling track, retail and F&B outlets, food trucks, Sheikh Zayed Fish Market, and Al Riyad City Mall. My role involved creating an engaging and balanced environment for sports, leisure, and retail, and successfully replicating this integrated experience in Abu Dhabi’s western region, ensuring consistency and excellence across multiple sites.
At Bonyan Investments, I was involved in a wide range of projects across the UAE and the GCC, including two developments in JLT, three in Sharjah, and flagship projects such as Al Jaddaf — offering 270 plots for sale to UAE and GCC nationals — and the Eye of Ajman project, among many other ventures. The company also maintains a presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, Lebanon, KSA, Singapore, and London, and my role focused on overseeing project activations, strategic collaborations, and market positioning across these diverse locations, ensuring each development met both investment and lifestyle objectives.
At Dubai Holdings, I worked across a wide portfolio of master developments and projects, including Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Village, Barsha Heights, Dubai Science Park, Studio City, Media Production Zone, Dubai Industrial City, Academic City, and the Outsource Zone. My role involved supporting project activations, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives across these diverse developments, contributing to Dubai Holdings’ vision of creating world-class business, educational, and lifestyle destinations.
